SocialStache Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026 Last updated August 28, 2026
SocialStache is a product of Fleek Consulting, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use SocialStache at app.socialstache.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We've written this in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at tools@fleekconsulting.com and we'll explain it.
What we collect
Information you give us when you sign up. Your name, email address, and password. Payment information goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Your brand information. SocialStache works by learning how your business talks. During setup you either record a voice interview or answer written questions. We store your answers, and if you choose the voice option, the recording and its transcript. You can also give us your website address and the social accounts of businesses you consider competitors, which we analyze to understand your market.
Your connected social accounts. When you connect a social media account, that platform gives us permission to post on your behalf and to read comments on your posts. We store the access it gives us, along with your account name and profile picture. We do not have your social media passwords, and we can't see anything the platform doesn't grant us.
The content you create. Posts, captions, carousels, chat conversations, saved ideas, and comment replies. This is your content and it stays yours.
Comments on your posts. When you use the Inbox, we retrieve comments people leave on your social media posts, including the commenter's public name, profile picture, and what they wrote.
People you invite. If you add team members to a brand, we store their name and email so they can sign in and work on it with you.
Support messages. When you contact us, we store your message along with your account so we can help you, and we reply to the email address you provide.
Technical information, collected automatically. The page you were on, your browser and device type, your screen size, your timezone, and the version of the app you were using. If something goes wrong, we also keep a record of the error itself along with a short reference code we may show you on screen. This lets us see what actually happened when you contact support.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To run the product: generate content in your voice, publish it to your accounts, show you comments, and bill you correctly.
To fix problems: the technical information above exists so that when you tell us something broke, we can find out what happened rather than asking you to reproduce it.
To communicate with you: notifications about your posts, replies to your support messages, and occasional messages about the product itself.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your content to train AI models for anyone else's benefit.
Who else handles your information
SocialStache runs on services provided by other companies. Each one handles a specific part of the product:
- Supabase — our database and file storage
- Vercel — hosting
- Anthropic — the AI that generates your content
- ElevenLabs — the voice interview, if you choose that option
- Apify — analyzing public websites and social profiles
- bundle.social — connecting to social platforms, publishing, and retrieving comments
- Stripe — payments
- Mailgun — sending notification and support emails
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We share only what each one needs to do its job.
How long we keep things
Your account and content: as long as your account is active. When a brand's subscription ends, that brand's content is kept for 90 days — with email warnings before the deadline — so you can export it or resubscribe with everything intact, and is then deleted permanently. If you delete your account, everything is kept for a reactivation window of at least 30 days (longer if you have paid time remaining), and then deleted permanently.
Error records: automatically deleted after 90 days.
Records of emails we send you: when we send you an email — a notification, an invitation, a warning — we keep a record of who it went to, when, and what it said, so we can answer questions about it later. These records are deleted when your account is deleted. If a brand's content is deleted, the emails about that brand's content are deleted with it.
Reply screenshots: deleted automatically after the reply is sent. We keep a written description of what the image showed, not the image itself.
Support messages: kept while your account is active, and deleted when your account is deleted.
Your choices
You can disconnect any social account at any time, which immediately stops us posting to it or reading its comments.
You can delete content you've created.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email tools@fleekconsulting.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days. These rights apply to everyone who uses SocialStache, wherever you live.
Security
Your information is stored in access-controlled databases. Support messages and error records are restricted so that only we can read them. We use encrypted connections throughout.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we'll tell you.
Where we operate
SocialStache is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there.
Children
SocialStache is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect.
