Failed posts

A post lands in Failed when:

• The platform rejected it — e.g. a video over the platform's duration/size limit, or an account permission issue. SocialStache confirms every publish against the platform and flips posts that errored.
• The quality gate blocked it — missing required media, caption over the platform limit.
• The account isn't connected — the platform was disconnected after scheduling.

Fixing

Open the failed post in the Review Queue. The activity log records the reason. Fix the cause (trim the video, add media, reconnect the account), then approve and publish again — failed posts drop back into the normal flow.
