Common error messages, explained

“…is over the 5GB upload limit”

The file exceeds the per-file cap. Trim the clip or export at a lower resolution/bitrate (1080p is plenty for social) and try again.

“You've reached your 25GB storage limit”

Your Asset Library is full. Delete assets you no longer need — see Storage quota.

“You've used all 500 messages for this brand this month”

The monthly chat allowance is spent; it resets on the date shown. The rest of the app keeps working — see Plans and billing.

“Clip is over the limit for this platform”

An upload-time warning that your video exceeds the target platform's duration limit (see the limits table). You can attach anyway, but the platform will likely reject it at publish.

“Publishing failed. Please try again.”

The publishing service errored — the post is marked Failed with the reason in the activity log. Fix the cause and re-approve; see Failed posts.

“This post is already published — its record can no longer be changed”

Published posts are a frozen record by design. See Published posts.
