The Review Queue and post statuses

Every piece of content moves through the same lifecycle:

• Draft — generated or written, still editable everywhere.
• Approved — you've signed off. Approve from the chat card or the queue; Un-approve (both places) drops it back to draft.
• Scheduled — has a date and time; it publishes automatically when the time arrives.
• Published — live on the platform. Published posts are a frozen record: they can't be edited, regenerated, or deleted in SocialStache, and the only action is View on platform.
• Failed — something went wrong at publish time; see Failed posts.

Editing

Open any non-published post in the queue to edit its caption (with the platform's character counter), video fields, media, and schedule. The quality gate runs automatically before every publish.
