Setting a schedule

Pick a date and time in the Review Queue editor (or ask for one in chat — "schedule this for Tuesday 9am"). The post shows as Scheduled and appears on your calendar.

What happens at post time

A dispatcher runs every 5 minutes and publishes anything whose time has arrived — so a post goes live within about 5 minutes of its scheduled slot. Before publishing, each post passes the quality gate (caption limits, required media, platform rules); anything that fails is marked Failed instead of publishing broken.

Rescheduling and canceling

Until the moment it publishes, a scheduled post is just a database entry — change the time or un-schedule it freely in the queue. Nothing is committed to the platform ahead of time.
